Bladez 150 scooter
My kids really enjoyed an electric scooter they had, but it needed help when the old PB-A batteries died. They wanted something cool and unique, so I modified it for them.
- stretch the frame, making room for larger batteries
- new Headset, for style reasons
- new front box section
- designs in AutoCad
- cut Waterjet at Techshop Detroit
- Welded all sections together myself
- ground all welds, and JB Weld (thinned with Acetone) to smooth
